I'm trying to understand how things work in the real world and how people shape this world.
How ideas turn into products. How decisions are made and compound over time. How people build things that sustain pressure and time.
Watching people working towards one goal and working together to achieve them. The systems they follow. How people overcome obstacles and contingencies together as a team.
I'm interested in business leadership, manufacturing, real estate, markets, and systems as real mechanisms that shape outcomes.
What I care about most is the thinking behind responsibility and how things are taken care of behind the scenes. How people think when they're accountable for money, people, timelines, and consequences.
How pressure is handled at an institutional level.
I ask questions that may not have clean answers (or stupid questions) but I never let the curiosity die because I may look stupid. I like people who think long-term and act deliberately.
I am here to be honest about what I'm trying to learn and who I'm trying to become.
